Pikaliiva Grupp OÜ is established in 2002. 2004 we are contractors of Estonian Road Administration and providing roadworthiness testing in Estonia. We have a specially built inspection centre in Tallinn where we provide roadworthiness testing and technical inspection for: passenger cars, light buses, vans, light trucks, motorcycles, trailers, ATVs and tractors.

Pikaliiva Grupp OÜ is the member of the Estonian Association of Vehicle Periodical Inspection Organizations (MTÜ Eesti Tehnoülevaatajet Liit – TÜL) and the company is certificated by the Estonian Accreditation Centre. We have tested the roadworthy condition of vehicles more than 60’000 vehicles and made more than 5’000 other technical inspections.
